The first system and performance audit by WCC-Empa at the regional GAW station Pha Din (PDI), which is run by the Hydro-Meteorological Observation Center (HYMOC) of the Vietnam Hydrological and Meteorological Administration (VNMHA), was conducted from 24 to 27 November 2022 in agreement with the WMO/GAW quality assurance system (WMO, 2017).
