For protective nets against rockfall to be compared objectively, they must be subjected to the crash test. The present guideline specifies the procedure for the approval and describes the test criteria, the testing methods and requirements which must be met by the nets. It is an aid to clients, authors of projects, suppliers and producers of protective nets, building contractors and authorities.
